Get Involved
Our goal is to transform outcomes for inmates. At present across most of the USA, a person who has been in prison for 5 years and is released has an 80% chance of being back in prison within 1 year.
We can change this, one person and one program at a time, and we need your help.
If you are inspired by what we do and would consider getting involved, there is a number of ways to do that, and we welcome your assistance.
Start Your Own Program in Your Own Region
We have resources to help you, and can partner with you in approaching the prison administration and applying to start a program.
Join an Existing Team
There is a comprehensive training program which is held on Zoom, in which you will get training to become a leader. Following that, you would be an apprentice in an existing team, and you would go in to the prison with the team and observe the program at work until you are ready to lead yourself.
Admin Help
We need admin support, in researching new prisons and Departments of Correction, printed materials, team management etc.
